No Ethics I booked Houseboat for Dec 31st in 8months advance, They Do not have digital invoice, they sending WhatsApp message as confirmation with no proof. I just wanted to cancel the booking after this invoice confirmation from what’s app. I payed 8000 as advance in April for December booking thought of better price deal but I canceled the booking for the cheap service and they just returned 4,000 as refund and they kept 4,000 as cancellation fee. Which is illogical- I have canceled booking 8months before and they took 4K as cancellation fee. Please don’t book directly with Boathouse group because I just felt everyone is Fake in this business. Especially Add Green House- I guy called Brother bother to me while taking advance, he said service will be like this and that. I was explaining him If I would canceled the booking within 1week of the stay then you would have take 4K as cancellation fee, but I’m cancelling booking 8months before and This guy is not ready to listen. This was my first plan to Kerala and this guy just made Kerala as fake in my eyes. Because I was expecting more from Kerala, I don’t know I may not trust anyone from Kerala because of his cheap service and tricks. May God bless you Man..... Please Don’t make fool and Don’t try to play with someone’s money which earned very hard. I just canceled the booking because there is no invoice and no documentation for the proof, just what’s app message is not enough, we are in digital world we need at-least a proof as invoice. Please don’t go blindly and book. They will talk very nicely with you, maybe they serve better but for me proof/documents are important. May God bless you
