Highly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of IVAH. Approached IVAH for a gown. After couple of discussions, a design sketch was sent. The final product looked very different from the design sketch. The gown was highly overpriced for the very light embroidery and handwork. The gown looked very plain and unattractive. Both sleeves had unequal lengths and an unnecessary stitch ran across the center of the gown pleats which looked very odd and was visible from very far. On top of all this, they were not ready to take up responsibility and answer our queries regarding the product delivery as the amount had already been transferred.
