it is very poor customer service. they people not helpful. I have many time tried to close my personal loan account. The bajaj finance website is showing foreclosure option but it's not work properly. ROI IS VERY HIGH. I NEVER SAID TO ANYONE TAKE LOAN FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. BECAUSE THE REPRESENTATIVE HAS SAID ROI 21% BUT THE BAJAJ FINANCE HAS CHARGED 34% ANNUAL ROI . I never asked to anyone take loan from Bajaj Finance.
