Worst service centre ever seen. Laptop given in working condition with issue in charging point and instead of resolving the issue, they have damaged the mother board and now asking charges for the same as well. Now, neither laptop is working nor issue is resolved, still collected service fee of INR 500 for damaging the laptop. Staff is a big big big liar. Requesting everyone not to visit such cheaters for the services.

Bottom Line - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Long Story--- My Dell Inspiron 7570, hinge got broken. So, I availed their PAID service. Their attitude with customer it looks, they are the boss. Very rude, esp. the guy who is on the chair front of the entrance gate. The service was way too pricey. But I paid that and I expect quality work for that. They replaced with a hinge which is NOT ORIGINAL DELL HINGE. The replaced hinge was lighter. When asked them, they told it is because of grease. But that wasn't the case. Ultimate Liars they are. I will NEVER recommend such service to anyone. Customer Name - Arpit Agarwal.

I also got my laptop n5010 repaired but after one month repairing the heating issue continue and they give only one month assurance atlast i iave to buy a new laptop also they charged 1/4 th of the cost

Dell should revoke their authentication of this service center, worst customer service . It was a nightmare getting your work done at this service station. I had given my laptop for service, battery and keyboard exchange. The owner did not allow me to see what work they were doing on my laptop as I have to leave my laptop for a day at their shop. I don't know whether they did cleaned my laptop or not as heating issue was not resolved on top of that they broke my webcam or maybe exchanged it with their faulty one. No top of that they mental harassment was another thing. The owner is abusive. He refused to give me the bill of service work. Please don't go to this service center , the owner is a thug.
