As part of our Golden Triangle tour with private driver and tour guides, we were brought to a couple of shops and while we know the routine in these commission, government supported, shops, we were certainly impressed with the quality and decided to invest in a beautiful marble inlaid piece and table that was promptly shipped to out address in the USA without issue or extra cost. Yes the prices are high but there is always room for negotiation and we didn't experience any pushy sales tactics. We love our piece and excitedly show it off to anyone who visits our home as it provides a lovely reminder of how incredible the Taj Mahal is from up close and you learn about the inlaid marble. Truly stunning handcraft!

Nice place, friendly people, have placed an order, they were supposed to send the design, have not heard from them. Send 3 emails and tried calling. Canceling my order and still have not heard from anyone. Hopefully I will be able to get my money back, there are better deals around
Great place to visit in Agra. We were served chai and coffee when we entered and the artisans showed us how they make the marble pieces. The salesman then showed us various pieces of marble tabletop in the store, explaining to us how to tell if the piece was indeed authentic. We ended up deciding to buy a piece. We picked out a piece, agreed on a price, and signed our names on the back to ensure that this is the piece we will be receiving. They gave us the option of taking the piece home with us or having the piece shipped. Since it was so heavy, we opted for the piece to be shipped. The piece arrived today (took about 2 weeks, as expected), and it looks STUNNING! It is exactly the same piece we chose with our signatures on the back. The package was really well put together and the marble piece came without a scratch. The only bad thing is that the wooden stand the piece came with is not well made/not well coated so gives the appearance of being old/unsteady. Since we plan to display the piece as a piece of art anyway, we do not plan to use the wooden stand, and therefore do not mind. Overall, I'm really impressed with the company and the marble piece we got, especially since it was shipped over so many miles from India to Wisconsin, USA.
This is a total rip off. Salespitch is nice, but not true. They propably don't make items themself, they just sell them for gullible tourists. I don't think locals buy from these guys. I did have a free glass of beer, so that was nice
