Very bad. Giving one star as there is no provision of giving zero. After keeping me waiting for a couple of days, the engineer came without any tool and without any other helper. It seemed to me that he was kind of forced to come. He said he would first survey the house and then right away rejected the flat saying it cannot have split ACs as the builder has not made appropriate arrangements. He didn’t deliberate further, gave some XYZ suggestions for “FREE” and walked away saying he would not do the fitting, he just came for suggestions. Also he said he was giving me his valuable suggestions for free. Extremely strange. Next day I called other people who did the fittings much more professionally, with lesser fee.
