I ordered "Tangerine Beaut Preserved Tabletop" from the site. Received it within 4 days. As they are handmade so some variation is there, but still very similar to the picture shown on the site. The package was fully secure with thick layer of bubble wrap, but as it has oil in it so negligible spillage was there too. Overall the table top is absolutely beautiful, the little charm detailing adds to the beauty. I am giving 4 stars because there is always scope to do better. ️

Got a beautiful preserved tabletop and diary for myself! Looks wonderful. Recommend everyone to go for it without an hesitation.
Honestly I was having high expectations from this site. I was disappointed. Following are the reasons: 1) I ordered Echeveria Blue Bird, instead I received some kind of succulent, god knows what. Deceiving pictures on website. 2) Not only this, their delivery agent charged 90 rs extra while delivery. 3) Their return policies are frustrating. There is no return pick up service. You have to pack and send it back to them. 4) the plant came secured in a carton box, However the carton had no holes for the plant to breathe, hence the leaves wilted. 5) the soil mix of the succulent is not apt.
I recently bought three beautiful pendants with the most exotic flowers preserved in resin from MyBageecha and I was totally spellbound by their beauty. The finish of the product and the overall quality exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad to have them in my collection!
Please do not buy products from this website. The moss wall they provide would not even last for 2 months .Tried calling up the customer care and writing multiple email. There is no replay to the 4 email i have send. Please have a look at the condition of Moss Wall. frame. It is getting infested with Fungus
Extremely poor customer service. They sent damaged plants and refused to respond to multiple mails for replacement. On contacting them over Instagram they initially refused to accept that there was. an issue with the plants. Later on showing more evidence they agreed to initiate replacement but nothing of that sort was done. I had packed the plants and kept them for return but no one came for pick up. On contacting them they gave no response. Thoroughly disgusted by the callous attitude towards customers. I’ve purchased plants before and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Edit : seller sent replacement after calling them out on Instagram and following up relentlessly . Still pretty dissatisfied with the customer service.
Not at all a good experience ordering plants from here.. it was the first time I ordered online against my instincts as I prefer to buy them after I see them .. I ordered two plants out of which one was ok types, the goosefoot. The other one, Swiss cheese vine urf monstera obliqua was not at all satisfactir..the plant was in a damaged condition..but i haven't put a request for replacement coz I know I would be wasting a lot of time in all these..so I think I would try to keep them alive with my efforts and love
Months back I was searching a vine plant, Echites caryophyllata, commonly famous as Malati Lata and was possessive about it. On Google search, I found it on mybageecha.com but it was out of the stock. Next I had time to time whatsapp chats with Nidhi, executive on company's site and got the plant notified. But months elapsed and it's status remained unavailable. Then I got to know about another beautiful succulent vine, Hoya Carnosa available on mybageecha.com and I ordered it along with another plant Cordia Sebestena. I could order the plants after going through the customers' reviews that were excellent specially regarding the packaging and quality of plants. As expected I received very healthy plants in excellent packaging. Not even a tiny part of the plant was damaged. Very timely delivery and proper updates. I look forward to many more purchasing of live plants from mybageecha in future without any fears. Thanks to mybageecha team for excellent services.
