A very cozy and intimate space, as the name goes, it's made of jugaad from scraps, and it can only hold small amount of people comfortably(50-100 max) and the scale of this space is such that the actors are performing right in front of you, which when nicely lit, gives it a powerful appeal, it's fun watching acting so up and close, doesn't need any sound setup, and there's basic framework to built to hold lighting customisations, the people who own it are nice and friendly, they are into theatre and very talented, and are deeply engaged in it. It's quite a fantastic 'thing' or phenomenon to have in a city, I'm not even talking about it being your own backyard!!! I was completely surprised, as the city has a habit of doing such a thing, when I first visited this place. The informality of the whole setup is a quite welcome and is the reason for it's warmth and charm. Only down side is that it can get a little warm during summer. That's it.
