Lids are extremely difficult to get off and silicone sleeve doesn't stay on - don't buy!!! I purchased two of the tint box containers from their website. I'd first phoned them to ask about sizes and the lady I spoke to mentioned a few things, including how to hold the containers to get the lid off and that after continual use, the lids should be easy to get off. Unfortunately, the lids are extremely difficult for me to get off and I've been persisting with them for four months now - they are just as hard as on day one. I was wanting to use them for kids school lunches, but unfortunately, there is no way the kids can get the lids off. The best way to get them off is to lever a butter knife under the lid, which isn't a great solution. As I persisted in using the containers like advised, hoping the lid would somehow be easier to get off, four months is now well outside their returns period. I've contacted them for a refund, but they say, no refunds outside of the returns period, even though they advised to persist using the containers until they became more manageable. Rip off!!!!! They are a copy of some great Lifefactory containers, made in USA, which I've had for years and are fantastic to use. I was hoping to be able to buy something locally made in India, where we live, but these are definitely not usable. Also, the silicone sleeve slips off very easily, again, totally different to my experience with the Lifefactory ones that they've copied the design of. Unfortunately for them, they've copied the pricing of Lifefactory but didn't copy the quality of their design. They should have copied the lid design of the Lifefactory ones... looks like I'll be buying more of those.
