Really happy with their service as they were able deliver it in the lockdown period when I was sitting struggling of back pain while working from home. I am writing this review after 7 month of chair usage. My chair seat got little compressed which lead to discomfort for long hours usage. I contacted Mr. Pulkit and conveyed the issue. With in few days, their team visited my house and fixed the whole seat with new material and Fabric of my choice as additional benefit without any extra cost. I am really thankful to the Valas team for their prompt response and satisfactory services !!
