Doesn't deserve even one star...the loan tenure is never ending...try calling them and asking them the tenure left once you are about to complete the tenure you requested for. You will be shocked to know many more years are left and u have to keep paying them for another 10-15 more years

Worst people ever... They will help you while loan process but after that if any issues occur they won't care if your family is in hospital or anything they will just behave like animals. There is a reason why DHFL went bankrupt even after being a finance company .
