Good service of franchisee not kappa mr. Ashok maheshwari is very nice person and always reply of phone and any issue but kappa customer care is very bad service they never pic the phone always computer recording systems and if many times try they pick the phone but not proper reply. So I suggest never go for kappa service but if service gurantee by ashok maheshwari then it's ok

First of all, I am talking about SpiderLink not kappa. Very good service in Ajmer, have to say!, working without interruption, but sometimes it stop working but the company send message for that for the inconvenience.
