Third Class Management. Reception Boy i think not even educated enough to manage Clinic. How come Doctor don't know about his behaviour with visitors. I think dr know everything but just ignore as he is his servant not visitors. And, dr shop is running good then why should he worry about such things. People are just rushing to his place. All matters is money/ business
