Very poor service! The very first thing doctor is not available only at any time or any day. I dont know how clinic runs without a doctor as it is a skin clinic. They are on to more digital track they consult on video call i mean its a skin consultation not a deal or something. Very poor staff. They dont respond to things and are not at all aware, poor facilities, also treatment is not followed by a procedure, a big NO to this clinic. Also than they call from surat office for feedback which never gets solved so useless customer support also.
