The job done is not up to mark at all. He built the building just to make money... no proper amenities... very basic no water supply... stay here for 3 years now... all walls drip water even from the ceiling... builders dont listen to the people residing in their building... worst I lost my money here staying here because have no option and not so rich to repair whole house or buy new one...
Don't even think to buy a flat over here. This project is known as Sanghvi PARADISE but it is HELL in actual. No facilities received so far what he had promised at the time of booking like Club house building, landscape garden, water supply etc. A disappointed resident.

This builder has not even provided basic facilities like water. Only asks for the maintenance money but never does any maintenance. The quality of construction is the poorest.
