In the Gulf of Kutch along the Jamnagar coast lies one of most amazing national parks in Gujarat, called Marine National Park. This area was first declared as a marine sanctuary in 1980 and then a national park in 1982. It is an archipelago of 42 islands with Narara and Pirotan islands as the famous ones. This park is a treasure trove of elusive marine creatures including corals, sponges, molluscs, sea cucumbers, sea urchins and a variety of fishes.

All the huge by Marine National park. Looking like unbelievable Beach ever that Gujarat have a such wonderful beach ever this one of beautiful park . Amzing. You all my guys stand up and go there with camera and take your all enjoyable photos on this park. I am also ready for go there. In this time i've first time seen. before i didn't know anything about this place. I will really go there in my planing with my all members. I am ready for you marine National park. Marine national park wants and waiting for us.
The bad luck of this place is that most people are unaware of the fact that this place exist . Coming to the review it is first marine park of india.Its an awesome place to observe marine ecosystem without going inside water (scuba diving)A must visit place .Guide was very professional too.He was a native of near by village. He has good understanding of the national park.
Marine National Park in the Gulf of Kutch is situated on the southern shore of the Gulf of Kutch in the Devbhumi Dwarka district of Gujarat state, India. In 1980, an area of 270 km2 from Okha to Jodiya was declared Marine Sanctuary. Later, in 1982, a core area of 110 km2 was declared Marine National Park under the provisions of the Wildlife (protection) Act, 1972 of India. There are 42 islands on the Jamnagar coast in the Marine National Park, most of them surrounded by reefs. The best known island is Pirotan.
As it's a first National Marine park in India you'll surely enjoy here. And also a good place for nature lovers. But it can be more beautiful and more decorated.
Need permission and have to reach there early morning 7 cloack. No proper directions from Positra village. Take a local guy. Very rough road.
