Didn't expect such kind of service from an important government Organisation. They made mistake of my name on my certificate and corrected it by putting whitener instead of making a new certificate even though they are taking so much money for a certificate. They also made many other mistakes in the certificate, instead of providing all the correct documents. The paper of the certificate is of very bad quality. When they sent it by post the packaging was so bad that the corner of the certificate was torn off. I paid 12000 Rs. for the equivalence certificate and this is what I get. And when I call them, they are not willing to talk. When I pointed out their mistake the lady said it's ok madam, chal jaiga. They took around 2 months to make this certificate with all these mistakes. They wrote my name wrong and said it's ok. My experience showed how the important papers of common people are handled in government offices in India. Very very disappointed.

Before going for any official work there inside office make all documents ready then may be you will be on track otherwise staff is totally rough except on reception one ma'am is too much cooperative like she is ready to help you out what she can make, she is really good example of Government employee should be.
