They don't keep up their timeline. I booked my vehicle 15 months back and they said once the payment is done they will deliver in 10 days it has crossed more than 40 days still they are not confirming when they will deliver. They may be good at research and development when it comes to customer service or response it's pathetic.

They are projecting as if their sales are awesome with lots of customers and a busy day.. also customer would like to receive goodies/compliments/discounts when buying a new bike.. but when I enquired the same, no negotiations on price is what I heard.
