There are some suggestions which should be implemented. 1. Canteen items should be given only to card holder, Some persons bring others card for getting items n sold outside on their shop, should be stopped.smart card should be used like echs card through bio matrix. 2. Limited items should be given.eg.a man how much soap/fair n lovely required in a month. 3. Civilian should not be allowed to get canteen facility.even should not be allowed to come inside.
