Best place to stay at if you're visiting Goa, very responsive staff and a picturesque villa. The Owners were extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped us in almost every way possible. The location is close to all major attractions of Goa. Go to place if you're looking for some great places to stay in Goa.

Man, what an experience. Went there for 3 days, day one, we buy booze, and we reach the property, and the guy who helped us move our stuff in, Govind, immensely helpful, super nice, and just made it as smooth as possible. You state a problem calmly, and he gives you a solution. The property is full of utensils you won't even have at your own home! Its always arranged neatly, it's clean, they offer daily cleaning of the house too! They've for glasses for all your booze/non booze requirements. Man, that alone was enough. But they've thought of everything. You don't pay for the room here, you pay for the experience. The room is actually secondary, not that its not amazing too.!! Then, the owners. Such nice people. So helpful. They came and helped us decide what we all should do. They took the time out for us and talked to us and our interests and gave us all the resources we require. Ultra chill people. 11/10 would recommend going there, because my next trip is on their property too. I met Sunil there, good people.
