Excellent teaching with practical sessions which gives us a hands on experience on what is to be done. After checking with other classes in and around chennai. This one is the best. If doesn't matter if you can bake or new to baking. Baking tag is the best place to learn and enhance your techniques. Roshini mam is down to earth while teaching she helps us perfect our techniques within days. I joined with no experience but now I have a perfect confidence to start my own cake shop.
