Women from Santhal tribe community in Bara Metyala village have started to form farmer's collective for start up entrepreneurship. Bara Metyala is a dry and drought prone village of Purulia district of West Bengal in India. Stone crushing is main livelihood of this community. Women take more household responsibilities and earn more than men. With help of some non government organization a farmers collective is formed to enhance their capacity in agriculture and diversified livelihood.
