Food was good. Barbeque Nation main course is always known for starters as main course is not something for which you will go in Barbeque Nation. This time due to covid they changed many things in starters and that really reduce the number of starters and fun of this restaurant and to impact more they increased the prices as well :(

When we entered, there was noone at the reception even though there were hardly any customers seated inside at the time of our arrival. However, someone did come soon after and attend to us. The service was initially good but then it started becoming lax. We had to repeat ourselves several times to different waiters for a particular starter. The buffet spread was average and certain dishes like noodles were not on display and were served only on the table. The lemon fish was a disaster and did not taste good. We had to get them to change the noodles, because again they were not tasting good. Choice of desserts was very limited. There was nothing novel about the Barbeque Nation in Ludhiana unlike the one at Jalandhar where they had a special stall for golgappas and papri chat. It certainly wasn't worth the cost and we have taken a considered decison to never visit the Barbeque Nation in Ludhiana again.

Very poor pest control. Insects could be easily seen on food. Not recommended for dine in.

Ambiance was ok, can be better. Snacks were good but very limited options. Main course was very bad I mean chicken was stale and mutton was all bone and then ice cream tasted cheap.

Ambience is like every other BBQ Nation , but variety of items is disappointing as compared to other BBQ Nation Restuarant (Hyderabad). Service also wasn't that good.
