Third rated product and third rated customer service. The owner doesn't know how to talk or to treat a customer. Very rude and third class attitude. There are better vendors in the market which provide better products and better services. Would not recommend these guys for a small product line or spares as well. Don't fall for their talks or other good reviews.
An absolute third class category of service and cherry on the cake the the people who work there namely Binny, Thompson, Manjunath, who are all fraud. I request buyers out there to not fall in their trap and their equipment and service both are pathetic. Make sure you ask about below if you were to buy anything. 1. How and when do they provide service (to which they will surely lie.) 2. What all parts of their equipment are covered in the service. 3. They ask to share pictures of the equipment if you have any issues as they are from NASA is suppose or some astrology dept 4. Trust me there are a lot other vendors and fabrication options at very good rates
They sell nothing but words and make a trap of beautiful words. I ordered a AC counter that fetched me 1/3 more price. Ac has stopped working within 3 months. It has become a heater at 27C now and throws hot gas. LED tubes makes the sweets tray even hotter. Ac counter is now working like a heater. Services is hands up.... Jai hoo

I would request some legal authorities to take some action against Ambience Refrigeration as they are folling people in the market. I had Bought a topping station along with Undercounter refrigerator from them and trust me not a single piece of their equipment is up to the mark. whats even better is the high end quality of service they have to offer as it will ensure you loose all the faith that you have in world towards customer service. Recently had issues with undercounter refrigerator and for 24 hrs people out there in Bangalore did not even bother to answer the phone or call back when called for the next day spoke to an individual called Manjunath who is an absolute blunder and does not understand the query nor understands the resolution part. Let me add a bit more to the Herendous Journey so that we have a clear picture of the service level they have to offer. with respect to the issue I was further told that the Fan is required to be replaced and it will not be covered in warranty and will have to pay 400/- if i were in Bangalore and 4000/- as I am i mumbai. They have so far only delivered equipment and taken money in advance and are 0, i repeat 0 inclined towards service. Hope someone checks the problem and gets it fixed.
