Been only a few weeks, but the way the coaches focus on fitness is great. They deal with kids in a friendly but firm manner. Meaning they make them exercise and laugh, but don't take no for an answer. Eye-hand coordination exercises help kids get physical intelligence. Great for first timers IMHO.
