Dr. Vinutha is the right person to approach when it comes to mental health . Many a times we misunderstand the correct meaning of it and fail to understand it's importance. She is helping my mom in dealing with this covid lifestyle changes and stress. My mom is an active and a lively person, she has busy schedule otherwise.Due to the ongoing situation it's tough to settle inside four walls. She just recovered from Covid and it's even more difficult to relax . Dr. Vinutha helped her to relax and suggested some ways to deal with it. She is extremely polite and understands the problem very well.. Thank you so much
