Amazing place to live in ...best investment ever

A good residential community away from hustle bustle of the city. Its 3.1KM off Hosur Road (from Chandapura). There are around 200 houses with wide roads, park, play area, club house, swimming pool. The duplex houses are around 1500sqft and have great greenery. The problems I found are, the road from Hosur road to BFS is desolated, and commuting from BFS to city is a trouble if you don't have own vehicle. Commuting after 7PM is slightly frightening as there are no street lights on the desolated roads. There is no society power backup, which can be troublesome as it is a rural place with frequent power cuts. One needs to arrange UPS.

Very good pollution free residential layout to live in. Relatively near to all major IT hubs. Near to many top class schools. Doorstep delivery from all major online stores (food, vegetables, milk, etc). Layout has occupancy of more than 70% with families. Commuting to main road is bit issue if one doesn't own a vehicle though autos come for pickup/drop on demand. One of the cool and best place to live with family in the electronic city area.
