They do have a lot vehicles available and they are also in good condition. This time I booked Aviator but as the person hadn't returned the vehicle on time I have to look for other options. Here is a suggestion for Bykemania - please show those vehicles available about which you are 100% sure, because it is troublesome to travel all the way here and getting to know that your booked vehicle is not available. As co.pensation you should offer another vehicle for the same price. I was asked to receive the refund, and when insisted they offered anotherr vehicle at some discount, but still I had to pay extra than what I had planned. And moreover the replaced vehicles average is also low, So yeah it sucks. Make sure you have used the most of the petrol you had put in, as there is no refund for extra petrol. extra charges for over speeding, extra time and kilometers. Anyways you have a option to extend the trip. overall a good rental service but need to work on the vehicle availability and replacement policies.

The bike was very badly maintained.I have visited 5 times in the same week for battery repair.Even though they knew that issue,they never change the battery and Keep on charging.it was working for few minutes.overall they blame the management and call center guys.if I call the call centre guy he was drunk and didn't know what he as assist for.finally they where able to give 4 days extension.but vehicle was not worth it.i will ask the CEO or management that I will upload the same to Google business.so that you guys are aware .thanks for giving bad service Keep on going.

Firstly I booked one bike, that bike wasn't there in condition so they told me to cancel the booking so I cancelled booking... only 50% of the amount refunded but not to bank account as a credits n it's not converting as a soft cash.. and then I booked another one and paid for that to n while I return bike they asked to pay the extra 150RS as a fine for late return just for one hour late.. n and that firstly booked bike amount was also not refunded so I prefer not to book a bike there...plzz don't book bike there...

Rude behaviour with customers..no time sense to the staff.. misguiding a lot.. costly compared to other bike service providers

Bikes are in good condition. People there are also cooperative just remember to take picture properly before taking bikes from them

Great shopping experience. I received great response from the customer friendly staff. The variety of choices offered in premium as well as value category is vast, that too with decent pricing. 10 on 10 would recommend.
