Huge shop with good collection of sports items and sports wear. Staff is helpful. Good offers every now and then. Only pain point is the billing counter, it really is a long wait to do billing. This experience makes the whole shopping experience unpleasant.

Shopping at Decathlon is always fun! I used the app to scan and pay for the products I picked. It was very convenient and I did not have to queue up in front of the billing counter. However, I made a quick error and scanned a product twice and ended up paying extra. The staff were really understanding and sorted the issue and gave me a refund without delay :)

Huge store with all sports related equipments, spares, tools, etc., Usually little crowded on weekends, otherwise it is always less crowded and billing takes just 5 mins. Some of the products have good discounts and few of them are priced on the higher side. Easily visible from traffic and has adequate parking area for two wheeler and four wheelers.

Man the staff there are amazing, I want to buy cycling helmet, But that day I brought wrong size "L", I want to exchange it but I had already removed the price tag, but the helmet was in good condition !!... .. Went it the store the next day, The guys wers so understanding, especially "Kishore" from cycling department, He gave an exception and exchange it for "M". !!! Pulse that not the best part, The price is the helmet on the replacement day was reduced from 2199 to 1999, the decathlon hennur road people also gave the gift card for 199.. with which I brought some other stuff.. . Thank you so much decathlon hennur road staff , you guys are so understanding. Love you . But the reason why I did not give 5 star rating is that they were not playing kannada songs only English songs they were playing. . . Sabir Rahim if you are reading this please play kannada songs also !!!!!!

It is among very few all sports shops in the area. It has lot of varities of sports items, with wide range. You can find all possible sports items. Best thing you find beginners to professional items which allow you to choose which level you are on. I purchased lot of beginner items to start with and then move to next level. Range of shoes is very large in lot of categories. Bike Store is also full of stuff and my favourite.

The Decathlon Hennur Road , is well stocked and managed. All kinds of sports and adventure activity material, equipment and accessories at reasonable prices is available at the store. If their App is on your phone then you can pay through your app and avoid any delay at the billing counter line. Alert and helpful staff is present. Their space enables social distancing. Since it is located on the main road and has good parking space this branch has an added advantage. Best place for sports things

It was a good experience as usual if you go to decathlon you will buy something This time I found the staff was busy and not giving much information I went to enquire about the cycle and it was not available in stock and u didn't get much information about the stock
