Good place. Just went to collect my RC Card. It happened in 10mins. I appreciate that Government offers are good here.

I would say don't even try applying for licence on your own Walk in with your original documents, catch hold of an agent and he will take it from there. I recommend don't get an agent near the gate. Find someone at the second floor in front of RTO office room no12 They will fill your form and help jump the line save you the whole lot of hassle. Tips: Don't pay the entire amount before you receive the Smart card.

Very bad experience with the RTO office at Koramangala office. Once you go there these agents grab hold of you as if they are trying to help. They literally behave as if they work there officially. One agent took my licence for getting duplicate along with the money and has disappeared since. When i can be simple switches off the phone. Please be careful, don't trust any of the agents there. Definitely don't give your original documents and money upfront. If they agree to get the work and then accept the money you can go with some risk. Better to directly approach the personnel in uniforms and get directions from them.

I went there for renewing my driving license, after applying online directly without any agent involvement. People in this office were very helpful and guided me well throughout the process and also communicated in English, as I didn't know the local language. It was a positive experience in a government office :)

I am giving two star because of not maintaining the time table and also not maintaining social distence of covid19. Perhaps some of stuffs are good for helping what ever you don't know. But no problem adjust karna padta hai sabko aise to kahawat bhi hai ki mehanat ka faal mita hota hai.....️

People are helpful and process the work as soon as possible, they have everything posted on the wall for different processes so u don't have to run to and forth for getting different documents required.

RTO visit was for license renewal but ended up exploring some really awesome handicrafts and hand made shops at BDA complex. It was a delight to find such exquisite work by trials from across India. I wish we spread the word around such awesome shops in that BDA complex. Worth a visit. Please wear mask all the time. Its crowded!

Crowded and could be cleaner. Work though got done quite fast. Would have been great if the RTO officers didn't deliberately cause long queues by their attitude
