Poor service we asked them to transport our household items from bangalore to panchkula (haryana) many items are still missing . No refund received. Delivery not on time.our number blocked by mr. surendra DTC employee. Poor service .will be lodging a case in consumer court soon . I recommend not to use their services. Pay little extra and use good transport services.

They totally cheated me. I request no one should use their service. I had approached DTC worldwide movers and packers for delivery of my two-wheeler to deliver to my native from Bangalore. I had handed over my two-wheeler on 01-Mar-2020 to Sunil Dalal(Employee of DTC worldwide movers and packers) with receipt. But the two-wheeler was not delivered till 02-08-2020. After many follow up , I got my two-wheeler from their Bangalore go-down, undelivered to destination, with damaged condition on 02-08-2020. Post complain, two-wheeler was returned but no refund was made and also, no insurance claim was accepted. As a customer even after waiting six month, getting the damaged two-wheeler . If I have to reuse my two wheeler i have to rectify my two-wheeler and again courier charges which is going to cost more than two-wheeler now

The biggest Cheater and worst one anyone should opt for. Please never ever use these guys- They still have my money and stolen 2 bags. They will charge you some money and they will threaten you for more money and only if we send they will deliver. Everything will happen only after packing and loading. Such a trap and being a victim is so bad.

Never ever fall into these guys trap. First of all, they'll try to cheat you by saying the amount without tax. Tax amount is around one third of the total amount. They'll hide this initially. They will ask you to check the google rating in order to fool you and they will send some nice photographs of the packages. They will also talk nicely and assure you of 100 percent safe movement without any damage. The invoice they give is also not on their name. It'll be some other name on the bill. They have damaged my stuffs worth around forty thousands. They even looted some amount as risk charge(insurance) for some items like TV, mattress and all. But they are not even ready to give the insured amount when I informed them saying you have to inform the damage in two or three days which they have not told me while packing. I just like that lost around forty thousand by trusting these guys. Please don't fall for these guys seeing the google rating.

Chor Chor Chor I transferred my washing machine which took literally 2.5 Months to reach at destination. They did causal packing at home and promised to do packing at their warehouse but it reached in same packing with damage parts. Paid insurance amount, Not giving me insurance copy to claim insurance Paid 5 K for transfer, gave me receipt of 2.5k, chasing for right receipt. They shipped the item by Rivigo after 2 months. DTC worldwide Packers and movers work very well. For shifting my household appliances and car from Bangalore to Hyderabad on the suggestion of my friend I have taken the service of DTC worldwide Packers and movers for shifting the appliances. They will deliver the all household appliances on time and no one item will be damaged . The staff of packers and movers will be very cooperative and also the owner of DTC worldwide Packers and movers is very supportive. To shift my house from Bangalore to Hyderabad I will call to owner of DTC worldwide Packers and movers after that I request that urgently I will shift my house. After sometime of my call they will reach at the destination and load the luggage and properly reach the luggage in Hyderabad. I am very thankful to DTC worldwide owner because they will not charge extra money for urgent shifting of house and they will cooperate like they will shifted its own house and they figure out all the luggage and appliances and they bind all the broken appliances very carefully. DTC worldwide Packers and movers provide better service then others Packers Nd movers. I recommend to all frnds that if they shift their house,car and any other appliances they take the service of DTC worldwide Packers and movers. Thank you again to the owner of DTC worldwide Packers and movers.

Don't believe this service never and ever.. waste and worst service . Actually they don't know delivery process . They will give wrong commitment and wrong information ..they will respond ..they have interest on picking things than delivery will tell door to door delivery.. That will not happen never ever.. I gave my bike on 17/01/2020 transport from bangalore to Andhra Pradesh .. Gave confirmation on delivery date max 2 days.. But initially told 4000 at the time picking they charged 5000,on the next day they gave my bike to another vendor bluedart courier.. That information not updated me.. After so many follow ups they gave update after 15 days .. Got information it was in another place.. They charged extra 1500 rupees . Totally time waste process.. So don't believe these guys words.. Please transport your vehicle though rail ways..
