Very rude reception desk, when I called a man picked the call. As I interacted in Hindi he interrupted and said rudely it's Bangalore use Kannada or English. He should know that we must respect each language of country and right from the beginning he was in denial mode. I felt really bad, because such people spread hate and disrespect in the society. He would have simply said I don't know hindi, which is absolutely fine. I have not taken the service so, one star is only because of the receptionist. And I did not disrespect Kannada language, infact I love Karnataka and Kannada language. I am learning and my daughter speak Kannada language. And I also have equal right to live in Karnataka or any other state of India as any citizen of India. I am also contributing equally to the economy of the state and country without disrespecting anyone's emotions. Thank you
