This is Irshad, I had a severe lower back pain from 2 years, which was resulted in slipped disk issue. I consulted many doctors and took medicines, however it did not work. Got to know about ISMAIL NATUROPATHY & YOGA CENTRE and visited there, I was assured by Dr. Mirza that it will be cured in 3 months, however with the continues effort and treatment by Dr. Mirza, it got cured within 2 months Alhamdulillah. He treated me for my other problems also like Allergic Rhinitis, Digestion and gastric problems, also helped me in weight loss. Dr Mirza is very much caring and down to earth person, who puts lot of effort in understanding the problem and treat naturally. Alhamdulillah I was much benefitted by him.

Hi Myself Geetanjali Manjunath. Residing at Uttaralli, Bangalore. I have joined Ismail Naturopathy and yoga centre since July 2019. MS. Naziya Afzal teaches me excises and yoga. I had two concerns before joining here weight loss and had problem in conceiving. We didn't do family planning.But still couldn't conceive naturally. Then we consulted doctor.Almost for 1 year we had undergone lots of tables, injection though we didn't had health issues.Finally fed up with all that. We thought of stopping everything and to change our lifestyle. By the time I had gained my weight it was 65 kgs which was affecting my health as well. One of my family Freind suggested me about Ismail Naturopathy and yoga centre. Within 3 months I had lost about 4 kgs also I was surprised this month that I got conceived I just want to thank Dr. Mirza Owais and Ms. Naziya Afzal for motivating me in weight loss journey. To start with I thank Allah that, I found the place Ismail Naturopathy. I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy.i was in a lot of pain and was not able to do my daily chores.i must say that I truly benefitted very much from this center alhumdulillah. Dr Mirza owais and Mrs Nazia Afzal are very down to earth, geniune, caring, gracious, large hearted individuals. Who puts lot of effort in understanding your problem and treating you naturally. And definitely not money minded. I was greatly benefitted by them, by the grace of Allah.
