I have booked this packers and mover through No broker, however the experience was very bad. 1. Item missing - Few items are missing, mainly one valuable thing which is dartboard (which cost Rs2K from Decathlon) is missing, I have followed up with them but they are not properly responding. They even kept cricket bat but fortunately I remembered and got it from the truck. 2. Timing - I have booked for 1 pm but they reached 4 pm, whole shifting lasted till 11.30pm at night. they do multiple moving jobs on same day. 3. Unprofessional - The coordinator and staff is not well trained and unprofessional. I have to direct them to do things or like packing things, they keep forgetting things to pack even though few things we already packed ourselves like clothes and valuables. And after reaching the the new place they asked us to unpack the items as they were saying they are tired (same people do multiple movings in a day). Then we had to unpacked clothes and they unpacked other things which they just put it out of the box and on the floor. 4. Extra charge - after reaching the new place they thought the distance is long to the house from road even though I have informed the same to No broker they were asking Rs.1500 extra. I had to pay Rs.500 extra and after agreeing that they were asking for tip of Rs.500, I had to pay.

One of the worst movers and packers in town.. They charge extra for every single thing after coming to ur place..like bubble wrapping the furniture etc..they don't care about ur belonging while loading and shifting..all my valuable furniture is full of scratches as they didn't wrap it..The owner is too rude and mannerless person while the staffs behaviour was good..

Worst experience from this Packers and movers, if there is less than 1 star I would have given that, I have booked them one week before and they did not make it up after that date also. Took the advance and still not refunded.
