I had ordered a pair of custom jack boots from Sunil by showing him an image of the desired product and he has done an excellent job at replicating the concept,only better. The shoes were delivered apart from the shortages being experienced by him due to COVID. The end product was absolutely stunning and better than what I expected. 10/10 would order again and recommend.

When I approached Sunil about this, I learned of his family's decades long expertise in the craftsmanship of shoe making and shoe repairing and was assured that my shoes would be fixed. Safe to say that it was looking as good as new after a few days of work done by Sunil and his team. Hi, this is Yaser I have been wearing these sartorial chukka suede boots since 3 years and I loved the comfort and the leather on this shoe. Recently the leather sole of this shoe had cracks and it had become so soft that water could penetrate through the sole. I really didn't want to give these beautiful pair of shoes away so I found out about Lalu Dass shoe maker through Google and decided to give them for a rubber resole as I didn't want a leather sole because I prefer light shoes with rubber sole which will have a good grip on any surface. I went to the shop and I met Sunil who was so sweet, kind, warm and welcoming which already made me feel so good. I showed my shoes to Sunil and just in a minute he told the shoe company's name and where it was made. By now I was already impressed and confident about handing over my shoes to him. I told him what I wanted and he completely understood me without any doubt. After a week he himself called me that the shoes ready. I went to pick them up and the second he showed me the shoes I was just so happy because they just didn't look the same. The shoe had a brand-new shape to it, the suede well cleaned and loosened and the sole looking brand new. I tried them on and they felt so comfortable than ever before. The shape of the shoe, the stitching job everything, everything was on point. I genuinely thank Mr.Sunil who is so good at what he does. I personally keep my shoes very very safe and clean. I'm a big shoe lover and to know that there is actually someone who understands your style and what you want in your shoe is just so amazing. So, thank you so much for the beautiful work Mr.Sunil. I will be seeing you soon for sure to get a new pair of boots. I absolutely loved your interest, knowledge and hardwork into hand shoe making which is so rare and is almost a dying art.
