As I'm writing this, the folks at Laundrokart have had my curtains for 3 weeks, 6 out of the 8 curtains I gave them for dry cleaning have been COMPLETELY, I repeat COMPLETELY destroyed. I registered one complaint with them, after which they said they will fix it. Two weeks hence, nothing has been fixed. Their internal processes are absolutely absent. Everyone directs me to call a customer care number and the customer care agents are not at all helpful. Still awaiting some direction on what will happen. Meanwhile, I'm staring at a loss of 1 lakh worth of curtains. I went with them looking at the positive reviews but after this, I'm dreading the day I gave them my curtains.

Our experience with Laundrokart - Silver County, Bangalore has been really good. Very responsive staff.... Very punctual in collecting the clothes after placing an order via the app and timely delivery too..... Little bit high on the price scale and that's the only reason why I've given a 4*....If the prices were a little bit nominal, definitely a 5*....would recommend this place.....

Getting a response from these folks is a nightmare. The customer support number doesn't work half the time, the lady at the other end of the call is lost and has no answers but keeps saying that she'll check and call back. They assured my products would be delivered on time but have taken 7-8 days already and still dry cleaning is not done. I have no idea whom to reach out for help. PLEASE AVOID LAUNDROKART.

Overall bad experience. They don’t stick to their delivery timings and the most frustrating part is they don’t update you anything. I was supposed to receive my blazer given for dry cleaning on 15th between 12.00 to 14.00. And I finally received it on 17th. During this period I had to call several times to check the status and every time they tell you a slot that they can’t stick to. Moreover you have to dial their number multiple times before you can successfully connect. Quality of service is not bad. However in terms of punctuality and transparency Laundrakart is zero.

Had a nightmarish experience with a big order of 20 sheer and home curtains worth 8000Rs. Couldn't reach customer service for 5 days. If you want to risk your clothes and fall for the fancy website and all the hype, please go ahead.
