I love the system they've built me, from the price for the parts to the quality to the delivery time, everything was just perfect. From the first time I started talking with Shreyas from MasterRigs, he proved that he knew what he was talking about and as promised, he delivered on all fronts. Needed a PC in low budget. Masterigs helped literally from start till the end..!!! The process was smooth, they even suggested which ones will be better and which one wont. Got the delivery quickly too... The rigorous testing that they do does give insights of what might hold and what might not... Amazing experience peeps... Definately gonna recommend it to many of my friends n family...!!!!

A good place to buy a custom assembled PC for gaming or for any use. Staff are quite responsive. Quality is guaranteed, packaging and shipping is good and the pricing as well. They cater to customers from all over India. They sell high quality products and their service and customer support is a plus point. Bad Service, DO NOT BUY. these guys have been delaying the order for as long as I remember. There will be miscommunication, they will also mislead you, will try to understand and cooperate until they have the payment and then there is really bad communication, the message and calls will be ignored, and the PC will get delayed for weeks, There will be a guy named Puneeth who will take your order and coordinate, he will be very nice and responsive until you confirm the order and make the payment/down payment, then he give forward you to some other guy and after than whatever happens is not his lookout he will not even respond. The other guy then will say they are ordering you rPC Components and will build and ship and it will be done within 9-10 days and after that when you contact you will only be told "yes it will happpen tomorrow"

Good place to buy custom PC , Packing and quality was awesome , customer response is also good .If u need pc for gaming and editing go with masterigs and they bulit good PC for low budget too .

Wanted a gaming pc mid range. Had great experience with Masterigs 1. The engineers from Masterigs was very helpful in discussing components and clearing doubts. Which is not possible in retail stores. I will mention Sujith here who was very helpful 2. Price wise they were much lower than other custom build pc sites.. and they were almost at par with price from SP Road shops. They also provided free upgrade on ram and original windows were also added as free. 3. The assemble ( I was present) was very smooth and fast. After coming back home there was a very minor issue with rgb probably due me opening case and adding my old hdds. They promptly send personel to my home to rectify it. They also dida very good cable management 4. I will definitely suggest Masterigs for buying your pc. Only remember you need to put in the order/advance and then wait a few days for them to get all the items. If you order high end rare item the time might be higher. For common parts 2-3 days is max. Overall pleasant experience PC working great as well
