Fraud company they just stole customer money and poor service quality. Non of the given customer care numbers are working. I booked bounce rental and they are not delivering my bike and non of them has contacted for the same. Totally waste of money and time. Fraud company.

last one month waiting for refund amount no response ...if any one cancelled rental bike, then forgot your amount that wont back to your account...worst administrative..wont suggest to anyone..fed-up with calling customer care...

Firstly I was told there are no places to drop my bike at another location so the whole idea of a "one way trip" is fraudulent. Secondly, the bike they provided punctured within 2 kilometers and on inspection I found that they had applied fevikwik to the damaged tubeless tire and also placed a tube (with four punctures). Inside to hold it in place. Very hard to contact them for support in such situations, and the whole experience seemed predatory, to pay for the damaged tyre.
