Visited this place for first time. Staff's are very experienced and listened to customer , suggest them the best solution. Last but not the least they are very well behaved. This store is basically for service center. For any Nikon product servicing you can contact them for visit the store.

It was my first time here. They follow token system and all the customers were attended based on the token number. Service was pretty good, although it was rather slow. Plus, they are open only from 10AM to 2PM. I was told that this is because of Covid. It's better to reach there early. In general, service was pretty decent.

Best service i got for any brand. All the employees whom i interacted behaved so professionally . Arun , krishnan , murthy and others. Had a sharpness issue for my z6 camera with 200-500mm lens . Very helpful and patiently they listened and solved the issue. The place is easily reachable and parking available.

A nice place for repairing and servicing your Nikon Cameras. Location is good, parking is available, office is good. The staff and service personnel are very approachable and share the proper advice. You can go there with a lot of trust as these guys are good. The lady in the front office knows her task well and is receptive and helpful. Spares if not available, take some time which can run into several weeks at times and this is the only issue we face here. A great place overall.

Very poor service. The so called technicians do not do anything with your precious equipment. If given for service/repair they do only quick-fix solution. Not at all professional. I doubt the capability of people working there. They spoiled my camera due to their lackadaisical approach. I had given my camera for service last year, they returned after few days with a remarks that service done and charged me service charge. Few months later the camera stopped working. Now they say it is beyond repair due to vey old water damage and corrosion. I would request all nikon camera owners not yo use this service center at any circumstances. Please never never never use their service if you consider your camera precious. They spoil your camera.
