Very professional and the entire team is very friendly. The make us feel comfortable and most importantly the hope and recovery that is given to one is amazing. I went there with horrible pain, had issue with disc degenerationof L4 L5 and L5 S1, disc bulge, nerve compression was unable to even sit for few minutes. I suffered from a chronic illness that left my body extremely weak which in turn lead to weak and tight muscles. Basic movements had become painful. I consulted Dr Priya at Optra Care regarding this. The suggested stretches and exercises were very helpful. I do not feel the pain anymore and can move much better and freely.

I especially loved how ( Dr Tanveera Jahan ) really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Hands down the best physio in town. I went there for my Acl and Menicus reconstruction rehab. I got this injury playing football and as soon as I stepped into Dr.Sukrit's cabin saw a board which mentioned he's got FIFA accreditation. He's the best for any ortho related issues, I first consulted him even before going to a hospital and he's the one who recommended a MRI and surgery later on. Dr. Tanveera who treated me is amazing and they recommend the best treatment for you and they have the best equipments, my knee is perfect now. So grateful and thank you so much.
