Amazing collection of Products , Very courteous and smiling service offered by their staff. My pictures were Perfect Insta standard with their world class Helium balloon bouquets. I would recommend to just visit this one super market for party needs rather than 10 different places

This was my second time visiting there and you will be amazed by seeing the wide variety of party and other celebration related things and cost of the products were also reasonable. and the people in the cash counter were also very polite but I was truly disappointed by one of the worker there and I am not sure about the name but maybe its Monica or something. she was really really rude and even during our first visit over there we had the same treatment. she makes you feel so low by her rude comment for example1: last time I was looking for Chrome balloons ya something similar to it but it was lil expensive so I asked for other options and suddenly her way of speaking completely changed. She was not ready to show the balloons properly and she said that colour isn't there this isn't there and we said to show few balloons she was like its expensive and didn't even show it as if we could never afford it. Example2:today I had traveled from nagarbhavi to this particular shop to buy few balloons and I was late by only few min and she started saying shop will be closed soon and I cannot show u any . When I made request saying its urgent and how far we traveled just to get it, she finally agreed to give us the balloons and when I asked her if she can say what are the color options available she said I don't have time and but later one of the anna who works there itself showed us the available colors and we were able to get it. Along with that she made few rude comments saying last time also you were not able to buy the costlier one I remember!! And I and my friend were really irritated by that statement of hers. Sorry if I had been to bold in mentioning all this but I genuinely felt bad for the second time so I thought that the owner should know this .... I hope you understand. Lastly do visit this store for all the party essentials in one place and its true to its name!!! Thank you
