Our son has been undergoing early intervention program in Playstreet since Jun 2019. One of my friends had highly recommended the Playstreet. We had met the founder Ms.Mini who kindly explained us about the facility, methods and approach. Playstreet has an individual plan with goals for each kid and are very transparent in the regular observation sessions along the parents. We noticed considerable changes(receptive skills, clarity, chewing) in our son in 4 months. We took part in the Hanen training provided to the parents by the director Ms. Shereen and her team. The training was very knowledgeable, interactive with home assignments. The training made us understand our kids better and enabled us to interact with them efficiently. We strongly believe that parents are the best therapists for their kids and Playstreet has immensely helped us with our son in a right way at the right time and they guided us to help our son in every aspect. Now we are seeing exponential improvement/learning in our son in terms of reception, communication, speech and social skills started emerging. We are very much thankful to all the therapists and staff especially to his therapists, Ms.Vandhana, Ms.Akshaya and Ms.Rehna. Everyone one in playstreet is very approachable and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Shereen who is a wonderful teacher & guide and Ms. Mini who is our inspiration. We are very happy and grateful to Playstreet and would highly recommend.

We are very thankful to playstreet staff. Your motivation and encouragement helped us remain confident and understand what our kid has been going through and what he needs to progress. Your feedback and suggestions are very helpful. Heartfelt thanks to Preena James(not anymore with PS) and Rose Mary. Appreciate your dedication.

Last two years our daughter is going through OT and ST sessions. We have seen a lot of improvements with her social skill and behavioral part. We are thankful to the gems of Play Street "Sonali Miss" and "RoseMarry Miss", for continuous support, appropriate guiding and accurate understanding of the behavior of our daughter. Lastly want to add the name of Ajay who always ready to resolve any issue :)

Before you read my review, please note that the positive reviews are by the founders and staff :D What does that say about this institution? Anyhow, my nephew and sister went through a horrible experience with this place. Initial experiences were good and my nephew made progress with his speech delay under the care of a genuine, understanding speech therapist. However, this therapist quit Playstreet and we were called in for a session with one of the founders. Unlike the previous therapist, this lady seemed to have no knowledge or skills to engage a two year old child, let alone provide speech therapy. To top it all, she did not give an opportunity to my sister to share my nephew's progress and jumped to assumptions. In a field that requires patience, observation, empathy, and sensitivity, this particular lady came across as not just incompetent at her work, but completely devoid of emotional intelligence. For anyone reading this review, my advice would be to look elsewhere for competent, sensitive professionals. Being a parent is not an easy journey. You could use the help of much better professionals than are available at Playstreet as of now.

Children are cared for by educated and trained professionals. The whole team (OT, ST and special educators) works with the children of special needs in acquiring the skills needed and to help them reach their true potential (in collaboration with parents). Every festival and holiday is celebrated at this center. Teacher to student ratio is 1:1

Very good place for kids with special needs. We have seen lots of changes in my son's behaviour. They understand these kids very well and guide parents with clarity.

If there would have been a negative rating I would have chosen that! This is on behalf of my friend who joined her son in Playstreet: "I am sorry to say this but this institution is just another business aiming to make money. They are far away from empathy, friendship and humanity. I was discontinued from the sessions one random day just because I did not pay for one of the session which my son could not attend due to his ill health. And all this without even taking my concern. When asked for what I got in return was even more shocking. No apologies, no feeling sorry and instead ordering me to leave the place. This is my first online review ever and I do it just because I don't want any other parent to go through the same hostility I went through."

My daughter needed help with her hyperactivity, limited fine motor skills, poor focus and pragmatic speech. The Therapists at Playstreet- Ms. Sonali, Ms. Laya, Ms. Yeshi, (and Ms, Rosemary when Ms. Laya was away) worked their magic over the course of 7 months and we are confident that our daughter's future is bright. Our daughter is more social, more confident, writes well, is more attentive with reduced tantrums. She is able to converse way better. We recognize and respect the skill, guidance and patience of the Therapists- their instruction / training has played a very vital and pivotal part in our daughter's development and her overall outlook. We appreciate the leadership team of Ms. Mini and Ms. Shereen - their positive influence lays the foundation. We would also like to recognize and thank the support staff -Ms. Selvi whose supervision was gentle yet firm - and Mr. Ajay who was our interface for everything else.
