After viewing all the available options for investments in real estate properties in Bangalore and judging the return of investment on various factors, the luxury residential apartments in the Purva Atmosphere are the best out of all! Located at the prime destination, which is the Thanisandra, it has all the right advantages and is an all-rounder deal. The luxury apartments offer a generous dose of the right facilities and also give a smart home experience with the right technologies, which are a part of the entire plan. The amenities that are planned will make the price value even higher; therefore, locking the deal beforehand allowed me to save money because I think the prices will go up tremendously once the project is completed. All in all, looking really forward to my best stay in the Purva Atmosphere with my family!

I booked a plot at their Provident Woodfied project in 2020. They never gave out the complete payment plan till booking amount was paid. Once I noticed the payment plan proposed verbally by their Sales rep was totally different from the one in the Sale Agreement, I requested cancellation of the booking citing concealment of facts. They are now refusing to refund the amount paid of over Rs. 4 lakhs citing a clause in the Sale Agreement which I had to sign under fear of losing the booking amount.

Firstly about people - Amazing hospitality, support and dedication by the staff of Puravankara atmosphere. To mention a few, firstly Satwik is one of the most polite, chivalrous and decent person there. Liaqat, Satwik Manager, is equally cooperative, supportive and thorough with his knowledge of process and project. Coming to CRM, Kavya and Veena are two amazing ladies who work tirelessly to provide support in any professional manner they can. All my queries have been welcomed, acknowledged, answered to my satisfaction so far. About project - dafter a search of months, all efforts paid off at Puravankara Atmosphere.This project design has kept almost all small factors into consideration across all age group people. Location wise it’s apt.

The luxurious residential apartments of the Purva Atmosphere, along with the right facilities and integrated smart homes, definitely suit our taste. I was actively looking for some good luxury residential apartments for our family, and the Purva apartments by the Puravankara had the best all-rounder facilities out of all. The luxury apartments of the Purva Atmosphere have a great view and the best ambience. The best thing that drew me to the Purva Atmosphere was the sky gardens, which is the real showstopper! My husband shifted to Bangalore and we were looking for a place for a purchase for our residence. Then we got in touch with Puravankara team. This was also suggested by one of our friend who resides in Chennai and has a great experience with this builder. From organizing virtual site visit, to making us understand the floor plans and the amenities they are providing has been up to date. I mean, this was both of our mutual decision. Although possession is a little late, but that's okay considering the luxury experience that we will be getting.

With respect to my years of experience in investments, the Purva Atmosphere is a tremendous deal due to its location in Thanisandra and all the planned facilities. The location is much distant from the hustle-bustle of everyday lives but has all the basic amenities near to it. Really glad every time the Puravankara comes up with the best possible deals.
