I see that 1 or 2 negative comments here are done just to defame Mr.Desai & his colleagues as in my experience he is most humble person and there is no such extortion. I had approached him with a DV case and got the best guidance...they are communicative and understanding in all aspects. I would definitely recommend him.

We appointed this law firm for divorce of our niece. Rajendra Desai gave us false assurance that he will make her divorce within just 1 year and will also manage her to receive 15 lacs rupees as alumni from her husband and for that he will take 1 lac rupees fee. We accepted his proposal. But even after 2 years of filing divorce, there was no progress in the case and by that time we had already given him more than 2 lacs rupees fee which is more than double of his initial demanded fee. So at last we had no other option left rather to make our niece mutually divorced and she did not receive any alumni. My question to Rajendra Desai is, when you know that contested divorce takes many years to dispose then why you make your clients fool by giving them false assurance and extort money from them?

All the 5 star reviews given here are fake and might be given by the friends and relatives of Mr. Rajendra Desai. I am giving 1 star because there is no provision to give zero star or negative rating. I approached Mr. Rajendra Desai for a legal matter. He told me to pay him 50,000 rupees just for drafting and filing the case and also told me that the total cost of the case will be around 2,00,000 rupees. I was shocked to know such a huge amount. He then told me to talk to his assistant Advocate Geetha who will draft my matter and was sitting in the next room. Although Advocate Geetha was sitting idle that time, but still she was not ready to talk to me and told me to come after 3 days. I then requested her to give me her mobile number so that I can talk to her over phone call instead of coming so far, but she was not ready to give. She was behaving in such a manner that she is the most busiest person in the entire country. His another assistant Advocate Sadanand who was sitting in the same room that time was behaving very rudely with me and was discouraging me saying negative words. So I came out from his office and approached another advocate in the same city who drafted and filed my case in only 10,000 rupees and currently taking only 2,000 rupees per hearing which generally takes place once in every 2 or 3 months. The legal knowledge of Mr. Rajendra Desai is also very shallow because I came to know many aspects of my case from my current advocate which Mr. Desai was not able to tell me despite of taking 2,500 rupees consultation fee. I advice all of you to not approach this law firm because they cannot help you to get justice and will simply embezzle your hard earned money.
