Great service and prompt intimation. Bought a new Sire V9 from here. Everything on remote only mode. The sales person John was very helpful in let me know the prices and availability. This was on order only. So had to book it and get it from store. Great experience. And a good bass guitar.

This branch at brigade road is better that the one at Rajajinagar and Jayanagar. This has a huge collection of all instruments and equipment including the accessories. This place is located on the main road and it can be located easily from far. I had been here to buy a guitar . This place has pretty much every company guitar you will ever want. Before visiting the store I had planned to buy the Yamaha fs80c model. In store there were other models of Yamaha like 210 280 100. Sunil is the one that suggested me to play every model and finally decide on one. He even mentioned to hear the sound and feel each guitar in hand. The model that intrested me is the Yamaha f310. Sunil was very friendly and helpful he played on all three models of Yamaha guitars for my satisfaction and finalizing the particular model. I'm pretty much happy for the friendly and kindness that Sunil showed towards me. I bought Yamaha F310 from this store. I'm happy with my overall experience shopping here. Would suggest this place for my friend to purchase and musical instruments. Thanks Sunil for the insight . ️
Didn't buy anything today, but writing a review about my experience there. Went to the store after many years today, shifted to a new location, apparently also new staff and new great attitude. The store is airy and well lit compared to before. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even after I made it clear to Sunil that I'm not buying anything today, he still showed me around and told me about different cool guitars. Thank you, look forward to doing business with you.
If you're thinking about buying an instrument, this is the place to go. Large selection of guitars, beautiful ambience, and great staff - Reynolds is leagues ahead of all the other musical stores. I personally had a great experience and the credit goes alot to Sunil. He helped me alot in picking out my first electric guitar by offering me his advice and expert opinion. Will definitely be going again and would a hundred percent recommend to anyone looking to buy or take a look at an instrument.
Ordered keyboard at Reynolds inc. Mr. Joe delivered it promptly at our house. Got a good discount on Market Rate. Overall extremely satisfied with experience. It was a second purchase after an accoustic guitar from Reynolds inc.

I wanted to buy a Fender Player Telecaster and contacted them. They're web store said they have it in stock, contact the physical store to try it out and buy. When I called the physical store, they said the item is not in stock, and you can't try it before buying, you have to order it. No self respecting guitarist that I know of would buy a guitar without trying it out. Every guitar is unique, and unlike a laptop where specs are how you compare products, musical instruments need to be played and felt. Clearly these people don't understand that. Save your money and buy from a store that lets you try out an instrument before buying it
