Poor communication about package charges by Receptionist / Poor Service by both theropist / Hygiene not maintained. They dont have sufficient towels and no understanding between them. Fighting with each other during massage. Mind will not be peaceful and massaging also very lethargic. Hence not recommending to other customers.

Roots Spa is a very good massage parlour in Bangalore. Initially, I had gone there to get foot massage but later I took Deep Tissue, Balinese and Swedish massage which are all awesome. The massage therapists there are experts and are very cordial and compassionate. The aura of the spa is so good that you can feel relaxed however stressed or tensed you are. Now I have become a regular customer of theirs. Highly recommended place to drop by as it is worth every penny.

I have got mixture of experience, it is almost upto the mark but have to take little care about the hygiene and cleanliness. Staffs are good Need to provide some grooming items after the shower like deodrant, powder, moisturizer- so it will add to your perfect service.... Definitely I do visit more

Dirtiest place that I hav ever been. I just get out rush after seeing the floor mattress, dirty bed sheet full of spots (I don't know what is that), room was hot as hell(no ac), didn't took my 2500 INR back even. They tell something but completely showed opposite and also the wrong pictures on internet. I don't want anymore customers gets cheated, b careful guys.
