Good Service from the Servicing Center guys. They also work on Sundays till 5:00 p.m. They were also selling some discounted Royal Enfield branded t-shirts. Probably they picked it from their showroom on the ITPL main road.

Technicians speak sugar coated words, but that don't really help. They say they have fixed the problem but isn't true. I have been struggling to get my warranty replacement for my HIMALAYAN BS 4. They will say they will replace the part drop the bike for a day. Next day they will say there is no issue and would ask for a video proof. This has been going on since almost a year after I have purchased the bike, the issue will pop up once in blue moon where unfortunately I'll not be able to video it. Hoping that I'll be able to video the issue, during the bike is in warranty. But very disappointed with Royal Enfield Service and services center in Whitefield and so with the show room.

There should be minus stars available for awarding. All RE service centers are pathetic, and this requires a special mention. Make sure you check what they are documenting in the job card.

This is a RE Service Center in ITPL. The place is now owned by its new owners Jagadamba Automobiles. Most of the old staff has left. when i visit them in future i can keep you posted on the service quality. for sure i will review my rating post my visit, but this is based on my experience with the old owners.

It's no more Royal Enfield Whitefield Motors. Its changed to Durgambha motors. A decent RE service around whitefield area.
