Hassle-free service. First time I have got a response after writing a query on any website. Process was simple - take photos of items you want to give away, send on Whatsapp, they give you estimate of how much they can pay for it, and if you agree with that price, they will schedule a pickup. The pickup staff was punctual, and spoke politely. Collected it without problems. Highly recommended. It helps ensure e-waste is properly discarded instead of just putting in garbage with everything else.

Very quick, fast and convenient with 0 issues. I had a double door fridge which was very carefully picked up, no mess was left behind and they hardly spent a few seconds at the location. The team coordinating is also very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Hello team/ readers. In a long time someone raised the bar of customer experience. It was smooth from the time we reached out to the team for disposal of our old television unit. There was an exchange of images and price discussions and they come to pick the merchandise. Payment on stop. Done. A few steps ranging over a week for us and we were done. From months running pillar to post on how to manage the unit, we did speak to a handful of other guys who had either logistic or other issues at hand.
