For their own issue too much follow up for resolution. I am following up since 10 October 2018. Solar purchased on 08 Oct water leakage since day one no one is solving . As on date I have done 30 phone calls. 50% of the time call not received. I was told people will come for replacement on 26 Oct , no one came after waiting whole day . Also plumber was present during installation of solar but no specific guideline was given on where exactly the air went to be fixed. I would not have complained if some one is able to provide proper feedback on phone, either people tend to not pick call or give false promises. I am ok if specific date and time for rectification is provided but daily telling today will come is not correct . On 27 Oct also there was a promise to send someone but no one came neither phone calls were answered. Loosing daily 1000 inr for electrician and plumber who will come based on confirmation of replacement material

Worst ever, they don't have any skilled engineers and not qualified for CCTV.. very very very bad experience. Quality of work and service is not at all acceptable,.. Worst experience ever.

Not a Trustworthy People, they focus only on Money, lack of experienced technicians(used trial and error method), my project is not done up to the mark, they quoted and priced for CAT6 cable (installation done using cat5, now, we have a doubt on other products as well), these people clearly used our lack of awareness and innocence, not a write vendor to work on.
