I went to buy badminton racket... was very pleased by the explanation, they had multiple models diffrrent range, variety... knowledgeable... was easy to make a choice based on the interation... i was offered good rate, though higher than what i could see on Amazon, i went ahead and bought the racket in the store.

I had brought an ALFA Bat for 900 rupees and within one week the wood of the bat started to decay, it was already damaged and still put up for sale by the shop owner and executives. When I took that bat back to show them that the bat was totally decayed, they said we will initiate the refund and later when I spoke to owner, the owner spoke very rudely. He started questioning about how we are even talking about refund... I asked him if the item given was a perfect item ? He said thats not my company, its a different company bat. The owner spoke very rudely and did not respect any of my words, he was just shouting and told very clearly no refund, just choose some other bat and go... overall there is a way to talk and serve customers but I had a very bad experience with this shop. Choose wisely

Had bought a racquet maybe eight months back. Been playing only singles maybe twice a week after courts opened since lockdown. Broke a string. Gave for stringing.. Got back a broken racquet.. And they claim they had nothing to do with it. And that I must have broken it clashing during doubles!! I told them I have been playing only singles.. And even then.. It did not have that crack while giving them. They could have checked while receiving.. Or while cutting out old strings... Instead.. They said they saw it only when they started stringing.. And so they stopped. Makes it difficult to believe for me. There was a guy who was good.. Which is why we bought from this store. The present guy and lady.. Are both irresponsible.. And possibly dishonest. So. M please don't go there to buy or string your racquets.
